A practical approach to recovery
I want to help you to understand the physical and biological aspects of your disordered eating that is keeping you stuck.
Bulimia and binge eating are a physical/biological condition, they directly contribute to depression, anxiety, compulsive and moody behaviour, poor motivation, brain fog, food noise and obsession, secretiveness, and isolation.
By breaking the binge cycle and healing the body, these symptoms will resolve themselves.
You are not lacking in will power or beyond help because you can't stop bingeing on food, you are just experiencing the natural and normal side effects of disordered eating. Most people with eating disorders have previously been on diets or been engaged in prolonged methods of food restriction.
What to expect from Recovery Coaching sessions
We will work together to support you in making significant dietary and behavioural changes that will hold the key to recovery from your eating disorder. It will be about self-discovery and empowerment, aligning your physical recovery with improved body acceptance.
G​ain clarity, move away from the repetitive, defeating nature of your eating disorder and towards achieving a life of food freedom.
I draw upon my own 40 year lived experience of living secretly with bulimia and my subsequent recovery using a tried and tested method (The Binge Code™), plus my professional recovery coach training to support and guide you to develop a better relationship with food and to lead a life with improved health and happiness.
What's included in my recovery coaching?
A commitment to working together at your own pace
To provide you with structured support and guidance for your recovery. This will be flexible and led by your needs and progress.
One coaching session per week
(1 hour)
Designed to give you fundamental skills and knowledge needed to break the binge (purge and restrict) cycle, establish new eating habits and to start to respect and accept your magical, one and only home…your body.
One weekly check-in via WhatsApp (15 mins)
A short 15-minute call for troubleshooting, accountability, encouragement and sharing successes. Or a text message which I will endeavour to respond to within 24hrs.
How much will Recovery Coaching cost?
I am committed to making recovery as accessible as possible by keeping my prices low. I don't want costs to be a barrier to your recovery so please get in touch to discuss personalised payment options.
A 1-hour Recovery Coaching session with me costs £40 which includes structured support and guidance and a 15-minute WhatsApp check-in during the week.

Most clients require 8 - 12 weeks of coaching but let's discuss this on a free consultation call as everyone's path to recovery is unique.
